In order to energize the homophobic wing of the Republican party, you begin a round of ads in 20 battleground states accusing John Kerry of homosexuality. You use images of John Kerry and John Edwards in compromizing situations as evidence in the ads.

Sadly, the ads backfire. Sure, your Christian Right buddies are enthused by the ads, but with Dick Cheney coming out as being agains a Constitutional ammendment against gay marriage, the level of anti-gayness in the country is waning. The ad fails and you are not re-elected.

With lots of newfound time on your hands, you begin to question your own sexuality. Maybe it's okay to be gay. Maybe YOU are gay! Hmmm....wonder what former New Jersey governor James McGreevey is up to?
