You`re not sure but you think you can see a patient scrunched against the far wall of the cell dressed in a straightjacket. From here you can only really see its back and theres a strange bulge underneath the jacket, every time the lump moves the patient seems to writhe in agony. You feel sorry for him but theres not much you can do.
