You have Devil Boy turn to escape Pridos' room, and the door is almost shut behind him when a sonic blast escapes the room as well. Pridos has unleashed a level 5 Ear Shatter attack which hits Devil Boy at 50% efficiency due to the door being mostly shut. Even at half efficacy, it brings Devil Boy to his knees, wincing in pain as he grabs his pointy ears.

Moments pass and it appears Pridos is not pursuing Devil Boy. As Devil Boy rises, almost recovered, it becomes clear why. The sonic wave has alerted PRINCE DIABOLOS, who now stands before Devil Boy.

"Hello, Devil Boy," he booms. (Even for as short of a kid as the Prince always was, his voice still bellows like a deep-lunged giant.) "I was just on my way to see you."

You can see that Devil Boy, though even taller than the Prince, is visibly shaken. His knees even quiver a bit. He's frozen. He cannot even utter the slightest reply.

Without provocation or even the slightest indication that he about to do so, the Prince lets loose a level 15 Fiery Meteor attack which instantly incinerates and crushes Devil Boy, thundering the Demon Quad with fiery meteor rocks. Devil Boy doesn't even get the chance to scream (although it must've hurt really badly for a fraction of a second). It almost all seems like a bad dream as the Prince turns to leave...

Then Prince Diabolos turns back and eyes YOU dead on!! "You didn't think I'd forgotten about you, did you?" his words send chills down your spine. In an instant, you are banished to the fourth circle of Hell, where you are forever burned with acid in your eyes and mouth and genitalia (which regenerate fully each time so you may suffer the same pain again), all while the theme song to Earth's M.A.S.H. plays over and over on the sound system!
