You bow your head politely to him. "Farewell," you respond. You consider saying that you hope you see him again, but decide against it. Chances are, you won't, and you're not even sure you want to see him again.

You watch as he continues on his way, and then turn and continue on down the path. It is quickly becoming dark - you must have spent longer than you thought talking to that man. As a cat, you had no trouble seeing in the dark, but would the same hold true for this human form? And would it be wiser to stop and rest, or to continue on?
