War of the Gods
Even though you're tired, you decide to continue walking along the forest path. With the enemies who are currently after you, resting might not be the best of ideas. Not yet, at least. Maybe you'll be able to rest later.
But, for now, you'd prefer to stay awake and moving.
The sky begins to grow dark, though you are still able to see, just like you were able to do so while in your cat form. That's a good thing - it wouldn't do to be attacked by enemies during the night.
You continue walking all through the night, not even stopping when the sky turns silver-grey to signify the coming dawn. But, for some reason, your body shimmers, and you slip into your cat form. You're relieved by that, since it means that at least you still have the form of the white cat.
It's not until the sun is high in the sky that you become aware of pursuers approaching you. You know instinctively what they are - white, humanoid-shaped creatures with poisonous claws and fangs. Skinners.
You won't be able to stand against them, so you'll have to run. But which way will you run?
