War of the Gods
You shoot a frightened look back over your shoulder, and notice that the skinners are gaining on you. You're running as fast as you can, but one of the skinners lashes out at you, scoring a claw across your side.
You give a yowl of pain, but continue running, pushing away the fire of the wound, and quite quickly leave the skinners a little way behind you.
-Why are they chasing me...? I killed Ohril... Didn't I? Who else would want me dead?-
You keep to the side of the road, out of plain sight. You then feel something familiar - the aura of the man who tried to stop you from killing yourself yesterday. He's leaning back against a tree a short distance back from the side of the road.
You halt your run, turn, and run round to shelter behind him.
The man blinks, and turns to look at you. His eyes then widen as he apparently recognises you as well. "What is wrong?" he asks.
-There are enemies after me,- you answer quickly. -You can stop them... Can't you?-
Did you attack/attempt to attack him when he stopped you from trying to kill yourself?
