You wander into the cancer ward with a plate of waffles. You find a patient with colon cancer and start stuffing waffles in their mouth. The patient chokes to death on the waffles. The rest of the angry terminal patients crawl from their beds and start throwing tumors at you. The tumors attatch themselves to you and kill you.
