If you had to describe the planets you created, you'd probably assign them blunt labels according to the four elements. Not that those bungling alchemists had any idea what they were doing, but at least they were organized.

And if you were going to describe this one, you'd use the element of Fire. Nothing seems to be capable of growth here, except perhaps a fierce population of microbes. Sadly, the planet is not a burning inferno of death, but despite the lack of wanton chaos, fire seems to describe the scene of desolation the best.

Life here, however, seems to be the most advanced out of all of your universe. The lack of wind and water has prevented any major terraforming, so what has been done is solely the work of the lifeforms. The brittle rock easily chips away, and much of the planet was the canvas of some master sculpture of ages past.

The reptilian folk have long since moved past such artistic tasks, it seems. The harsh environment is perfect motivation for the development of technology, and many of the cities focused around the scant lakes of water are towering colossi of steel and technology. If any of your life was capable of space travel, this would be the planet.
