Yep, it's a door of rouge. In the middle of all of these D&D class types, you managed to find a door made up of woman's makeup. Rouge, also called blush, creates a rosy color on a woman's cheek.
Perhaps the builder of the hallway wanted a Rogue door, a character class that is skilled in seeing hidden things.
Or, perhaps the hallway crafter was talking about that wonderful movie, Moulin Rouge!
Or...maybe the hallway crafter is a moron. Why else would this hallway go on forever?
