As I see it, there are only a few possible explanations for Getachan's writing:

1. This person is a 1st grader.
2. This person was ridiculously drunk while writing.
3. This person is a monkey who was hitting random keys on the keyboard.
4. This person is an absolute moron.

You can choose for yourself, but personally I hope it's the one about him being a monkey. That would be cool.
