You decide that things are bad enough already and just sit back and wait to see what happens. Hours pass, and the sun comes up. Most of the small windows are covered by dark drapes, but it does bring some light into the basement.

More time passes, and the sun eventually sets once more....

Your days continue like this for nearly a week. Occasionally you try and make noise for help, or wiggle your way loose but are unable to. After ten horrifying days you die of dehydration.
