As you step into the room, you see many soldiers laying on makeshift beds with open wounds. As a scientist, you know how to help these people, and you quickly write a list of things that you will need to heal them and pass it to the healer. He rushes off and brings it all back.

You disinfect and sew up the wounds to the best of your ability, and this job takes you all day. You converse with the healer while you work.

"So when is this battle?" You ask
"Tomorrow, most likely."

You drop your stitching equipment in shock. You really can't be involved in a medieval battle. It might change the course of history!

Eventually, night falls and you are given a bed to sleep on in the healing rooms.

You lay on the bed thinking. You could try and escape tonight, while everyone is asleep, or wait until morning to make your move.

What will you do?
