It's relatively easy, though it does take some time. When you get to a crossroads, look at the links to left and right. The link(s) you've already clicked on will be shaded differently to the ones you haven't

Um...I keep getting stuck at "You come to a crossroads: right or left?" Doesn't matter which way you go, you just end up coming to another crossroads, and another, and another. Pretty hilarious.
