As you may or may not have guessed, depending on how mentally retarded you are, this is a story/waste of time about the Government. YOU ARE THE GOVERNMENT! To be more specific, you are the British government, but most of the stuff I say can be applied to any government. This is a realistic simulation of what actually goes on in the world of politics, and I want you to take this very seriously. You are deciding on a new policy to combat climate change.
