Gothic City is in a bad way. Criminals victimise the weak. Evil scientists hatch plots to take over the world and build giant super robots. Aliens disguise themselves as decent folk.
Clearly, something must be done. You have sworn to become a crusading superhero and to fight evildoers for the good of the good. But life just isn't that simple. You have no powers! It's okay for some heroes. They have it handed to them on a plate. What you wouldn't give to have been rocketed to Earth as a baby from an exploding alien world, or to have watched your parents brutally gunned down?!
You need powers, and fast, but how to get them?
